Sep. 6th, 2019 05:00 pmMe: Urgh, life sucks right now, I need nice, fluffy, uplifting fics.
Miraculous Ladybug fandom: How about a surge of super angsty fics focusing on that one detail from the most recent episode?
Me: ...Maybe I'll just re-read Daughter of the Sun instead.

trying to figure out Mme. Bustier's purpose for having such a project in the curriculum, like, what specific skills is she trying to teach here
…no reason

Date: 2019-09-19 02:26 am (UTC)(I don't want to suggest that Ms. Bustier is deliberately trying to teach her students how to recognize toxic individuals, but the skills she's teaching will definitely be useful for that, as well, and I wouldn't put it past her as a motive. It's definitely not the one she'd put on paper, though, and (prior to the episode Ladybug) probably isn't something she's expecting anyone in her class to put to that specific use for this particular project.)
...Since you're not looking for a title suggestion, I won't mention that I've been thinking of "Trust But Verify" as a good title for some Alya journalism redemption stuff. I definitely feel like it's part of the theme(?) of what Ms. Bustier wants to teach, though.
