I may have to dig up a recipe for thumbprint cookies! Ah crud, rhubarb and blueberry are both waaaaay out of season here, and I prefer local jam if I can get it anyway.
The last time I tried to make lavender shortbread, I screwed it up horribly! :/ I may need to try again. I find shortbread is finicky. The honey ginger lemon idea sounds *amazing* though.
