Turns out Dad did most of the bread delivery, rather than Mom; she did hand one off to our mail carrier, who is also a neighbor and one of Chester the dachshund's favorite people (yes, really), but otherwise he did the legwork.
Mom went to the dog park and the grocery store after to pick up some not homemade bread, which, whatever. I also went to the grocery store on a separate trip and picked up a couple of things I'd been craving and some more juice; I wore one of my masks the entire time.
