Oh, I wasn't thinking of having actual parties, in-game -- just collecting "invitations" -- like the fake money in Candy Crush, or the rank badges in Windows Solitaire games.
Just honing your social navigation skills gets you more likely to be invited to someone's Thanksgiving, to help counterbalance Aunt Karen ... you know. 😉
