Disordered Eating TW

Anyone know if Halls Vitamin C drops contain actual grapefruit, or just grapefruit flavoring? I've figured out that part of my "eating myself sick" problem is from oral stimming. I like gum okay, but chewing does exhaust my jaws a little, and I do worry about it causing headaches. (I think part of my cluster headaches may be related at least as much to squinting/clenching my eye muscles as to bright lights, but I could be conflating too much with overstimulation in general.)
I've got some hard candies that I'm trying out for now, on the basis that a single piece of hard candy that lasts an hour or more is going to be less of a problem than another half of a meal that only lasts ten minutes anyway, BUT I'm also avoiding fake sugars (either some or all of: Too sweet, accidentally makes me feel hungrier, or messes with my digestive system because they're literally undigestable and the digestion thing is a good chunk of what I'm trying to get smoothed out in the first place). I think the vitamin C drops are about as close to a compromise as I'm going to get if any medical professionals say my hard candies are a no-go, but not if they contain a chemical that will cancel out my other meds. I wasn't able to find much when Ducking Around*, but my Duck Wrangling** is not 100% anyway.
So. Any thoughts/knowledge/resources/etc?
* Ducking Around = internet searching, but with non-Google search engines, and particularly Duck Duck Go; if I want to know something on the internet, I Duck Around to Find Out. (Because "Goosing" has Other Connotations.)
** Duck Wrangling = "Google-Fu" equivalent for Duck Duck Go (etc). Trying that one on for size.
