Pronoun Trouble

Pretty sure that's what's up, yeah. I double-checked with a bunch of people, "Are chickpeas supposed to make my mouth burn, or is this a spicy banana situation?" and everyone was, "Uh, no, chickpeas are very mild, this is 100% a spicy banana situation, stop eating them!" The sensation is pretty much indistinguishable from eating something with cumin for me. ...If someone now tells me that cumin isn't supposed to be spicy, I may throw a pillow at the wall.
