Just a small selection of rat moods this time around; the last week-ish has been a bit overwhelming!


Thirsty, Discontent, Satisfied


Naughty, Lazy


Unlike "Hopeful" and "Uncomfortable", "Thirsty", "Lazy" and "Full" ended up featuring what I'm pretty sure is the same rat entirely by accident 😂 I guess these are the 'before' pictures for "Full"!

Anyway, I've got another six-ish moods sketched out, three from today; I expect my next drops will be sometime next week, mid- or later. As usual, I've got more to say about these moods, so feel free to ask about them!

I spent so much time on that cheese 😂 And it took me forever to come up with something for "Lazy", as well! Like, how do I even show a rat being lazy? Laying on top of a wedge of cheese that they're eating seems pretty solid. Only now do I think, "Wait! I could have drawn one sleeping in a wheel! I may have to see if I can repurpose that.

Funny you should say that Naughty is full of mischief, because it was originally conceived as an image for "Mischievous"! I didn't think it quite fit Mischievous well enough, though, so I tried again and went with the other image; I didn't want to get rid of this one, though, so I sorted through the other moods, and "Naughty" seemed like it would be just the trick 😁 No work is wasted on Rat Moods!
