The staff-sanctioned transmisogyny seems to be ramping up again at Tumblr, and I'm not sure if it's coincidence, just me seeing more reports of it, or if it really is because the CEO's sabbatical is over. Regardless, I'm finally getting around to actually backing up my main account for the first time since 2018; I'm about a third of the way through right now, so there should be plenty of time for me to get in an afternoon nap a little later.

I'm planning to also back up my two sideblogs, but those are much smaller and should take a lot less time. And then, if I have the attention span, I'll go through my Short Stories tag (and maybe my Worldbuilding) tag and copy-paste all of those into a LibreOffice doc, just in case.

In other news, Molly the dog is cuddling with me right now (because there's no one else in the house), but she would much rather be cuddling with me upstairs, and she is not subtle about it.

I meant to take care of it sometime in the past couple of months, but, well, better late than never. I am now somewhat reluctant to reblog anything I particularly care about, because making that backup was a pain, and I don't want to do it again! Especially if I'm not going to be on Tumblr much longer anyway.
