soc_puppetConfession time. I suddenly have the neigh-irrepresible desire to write Bible!fic. And not just any bible fic, no, bible crack!fic. Yuri bible crackfic, even. I'm avoiding doing so because, a) one of the characters I have little to no "real" knowledge of ^^;, and b) it has the potential to start a real religeous discusion, especially in regards to symbolism. Which I would really prefer to avoid, as the only symbolism I (as the potential author) see is the really bad joke that spurned the plunny in the first place. That, and I don't really write fic to inspire deep, philosophical conversations about religeon in the first place, especially not if it's crackfic (though you could probably make more of a case for it in crackfic than in noncrackfic).

On a different note, I made my first Gratuitous Icon Post yesterday ^___^ and am quite pleased with the results. I swear, half the reason I got an LJ was the icons. I should make more sometime. And eventually, when I have disposable income (or something), get a paid account.
