*sigh* Very tiring life I have at the moment. Want it cleared up.
Have been to three college classes so far: Europe: the Age of Monarchy, Math for Decision Making (read as: for non-majors), and Composition I. Have two pretty good teachers so far and one really good teacher. Classes are on the smallish/manageable side, thank God, so I don't have to deal with too many people. General Psych this afternoon. Astronomy tomorrow night, six to nine. (Anyone I could get a ride from IRL? I don't want to walk that far alone in the dark, 'specially with this being a college town.)
Mixed feelings about college. On the one hand, whee, learning things! On the other, ack, homework! Thankfully, Composition won't have any persuasive essays, and nothing needs to be longer than two or three pages.
Still need to get books. *lazy*
Oh, Mom's surgery went well ^_^ She's home now and sleeping.
That's about it for now. I'll probably have more to say later.
Later: Saw Bradley today ^___^ I haven't seen her in a long time. Turns out she has General Psych right before I do--same classroom and everything. (Well, just on Wednesday.)
Stopped by the bookstore on the way home, picked up Clamp no Kiseki volume three and Rising Stars of Manga volume five. RSoM has been pared down to eight stories, more's the pity. I suspect they did it to save money. Have only read the first story so far, have no real opinions yet (aside from I WANT IN D:). Will decide how I feel about things later.
Still need to get books for class, and am decidedly less lazy, but more uncertain. Where the hell do I find them, anyway? It's not like I've done this before.

Date: 2005-08-25 01:05 pm (UTC)I would love to give you a ride, but I have no mode of transportation other than my bike, feet, and Cambus. I'm supposed to be getting my motorcycle back from the shop sometime this week or next week.
