About half of you probably just lost your previous meal. Also, I blame [livejournal.com profile] mistressoffoxes. She mentioned chocolate and ramen in the same sentence, so it's officially her fault.

(It's actually not bad O_o.)

What you need:
*Dry ramen, broken into pieces the size of a bite or two
*Melting chocolate
*Something to melt the chocolate _in_
*Wax paper
Instructions for chocolate (compliments of [livejournal.com profile] ysabet, the Goddess of Kitchen Discord, Odd Recipes and Writing) can be found here.
Lay out the wax paper on a nice flat surface. Dip one side of each piece of ramen in the chocolate, then let it dry on the wax paper chocolate-side-up. By 'one side' I mean one of the sides with the most surface area. Don't be too heavy-handed with the chocolate--too much covers up the taste of the ramen. A light coating is ideal. Allow to dry. Eat.

Also, Ysabet, if you're reading this, I'd like to know if you've ever experimented with tofu and chocolate. And, if you haven't, how you could be bribed into doing it so I wouldn't have to.

I. Have. SO. Got. To. Try. This. Next local anime night: Twinkies Sushi and Choco!Ramen! YaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYyy!!!!!! THANKYOU!!!

Chocolate and...... tofu? Uhhhhhhhh...... I dunno......... **cringes slightly** Oh well, have tried candied garlic and dill-pickle ice-cream; after that, almost anything tastes more or less okay.

....Eeewwwwww >_<

Feel free to call me a vampire, but I HATE garlic.. It's just....bleh...

*sqimish* At least chocolate tases good. And ramen too... Maybe that's the reason it tastes good together? *wonders*

**grin** I absolutely LOVE garlic. But just not candied. I have a tendency to try just about anything, which has led me to tasting things like peanutbutter-stuffed jalapeno peppers, wasabi-peas with dark chocolate syrup (oddly good), Captain Crunch with Wild Turkey whiskey (one of those 3 a.m. things) and raw chicken (on a dare; very unsanitary, wouldn't advise it). Gonna try the Choco!Ramen at my next local anime-night-- can't miss THAT one!
