Two things I forgot to talk about (school-related):
On Tuesday, after standing up in front of an easel for neigh on three hours, the following conversation took place:
Me: I'm just looking forward to being able to sit down for a while.
Teacher: You worked hard today; you deserve a Bud.
Me: ...I'm underage?
Teacher: Oh. Well, you deserve one anyway.
Me: XD I'll think about it.
'Course, I'm not really into finding out whether I'm an 'alcohol' person or not, so I haven't had one yet, but it's the thought that counts, right?We'll just ignore the fact that it was a college teacher advising one of his underage students to drink.
On Thursday, I took the oral part of my French exam, and was informed that (depending on the score) I got either a low A or a high B. Considering I thought a C would be optimistic, this surprised me somewhat. ...Though, in retrospect, that last page was probably just for reference and not for actual credit :D;;

...Hey, is anyone else having trouble highlighting things on LJ? I can't seem to manage it without the shift key. Well, okay, I can manage it on my Friends page, and on actual journals, but not on individual entries, whether I'm writing them, commenting on them, or just looking at them. Is it an IE thing, or a library computer thing, or what?
