Success!

So, guys, remember the Chocolate Note from... my previous post? Wow, I need to get a hold of myself. Two days is not really that long a time, socchan! Well, it's no longer taking up room in my refrigerator. Why? 'Cuz I sold it, that's why :Db Five bucks, since it was the trial piece, and I've got an order for one that'll be either seven-fifty or ten dollars, depending on whether or not I can make it open. I've got very tentative plans on that. I was thinking Twizzlers, but now I think about it I'm not sure the cover'll be thick enough to hold them in place -and- be smooth enough that they're not noticeable. Now I'm thinking a few strips of wax paper and praying they don't come out - I considered string, but it'd probably need to be waxed too, and I only have so much waxed string and most of it I wanna use on real books.

My brother, through whom I am doing the selling (he gets 20% for being my go-through), has hinted at up to ten more orders, provided I like doing this. All things considered, I can't say I'd complain. I may end up raising the price, too. Can't be overworked on this, can I?

...The little improbable pipe dream that the idea of selling another ten chocolate Death Notes is giving me really needs to go away. The sheer likelihood of being able to run a candy store with anime-themed goods, much less make a profit doing so (especially since I'd probably end up having to pay royalties), is, I'm sure, slim to nil. Thinking about it would only be sad-making.

Anyway, back to thinking happy thoughts about chocolate! Mmmm, chocolate...
