Questionable Leisure Pursuits
Apr. 8th, 2009 10:57 pmLost a horrible amount of spoons this morning watching DeceasedCrab's Let's Play of Eversion.
Guys. This is quite possibly one of the more f*cked up games I have ever seen. The author is soooo not kidding with his "Not indicated for children or those of a nervous disposition".
I didn't really start feeling back up to snuff until after a pint of Ben and Jerry's tonight, no joke. ...On the other hand, it could just be because I am a wussy baby about these things. So I guess you'd have to take a look for yourself. Though, if you play it? Can I suggest you do so with the sound off? I couldn't turn it off for the Let's Play, and I think that contributed significantly to my overall spoon loss.
I'm feeling the evil creeping back from just thinking about it, so I'm moving on to lighter topics...
...Lighter topics such as ZOMBIES! Pride and Prejudice and Zombies, to be exact ♥ Dad pre-ordered a copy a while back, and it arrived in the mail today :DD Mom's busy with another book at the moment, so she said I could have first read \o/ Allow me to transcribe the back, so you know just what's involved here: ( It is a truth universally acknowledged that a zombie in possession of brains must be in want of more brains )
Granted, I'm sure there are people for whom zombies are not more of a draw than the original title, but. A-apparently, I am not one of them. My secret shame - revealed?!
