Southeast Iowa is expecting Yet More Atrocious Weather, so I stayed up until the grocery store opened at 5am to pick up a few things. Half of it could have waited (some chicken thighs for this recipe and some ground beef for this one), but I'm highly likely to drink what was the last of my favorite juice either later today or tomorrow, and I picked up some strawberries to chocolate-dip for the neighbors who snow-blow our driveway and sidewalk, since I'm getting tired of baking 😛 Chocolate strawberries are so much easier than cookies! I'll probably still try to get some cookie dough made up, scooped, and shoved in the freezer, since I've been thawing some butter on the counter for three days already, but it can wait a few more days now, at least. After all, we're expecting Snow Again on Wednesday/Thursday...

Shoot, I shoulda bought white chocolate chips...
