Executive Functioning
Feb. 12th, 2023 11:49 pmAfter what was a pretty darn good day at work yesterday (a relief after feeling like I was making a mistake with every other task a week ago), I managed to keep my executive function going today by A) Rotating my mattress and changing the sheets, and B) Repairing my car's frost shield, a tie for one side having snapped off months ago.
The sheets were pretty important, because the fitted sheet I changed out developed a rip a few days ago 😅 I'm hoping to recycle the fitted sheet into a slip, because I love my NerdyKeppie dresses, but I am also a naturally damp person, and the fabric/weave they're made of isn't necessarily the best for air flow. (Also the texture of the one petticoat I have, which has rainbow ribbon at the bottom and is otherwise incredibly fabulous, is somehow even worse than the stretchy jersey weave the dresses are made of. I think it's polyester satin? Anyway, do not want, a slip will be much better, even if it's really not the right color.)
