A couple of links: How the OTW functions, or doesn't, and how that affects #EndOTWRacism

Just found out from my reading page (thanks, mecurtin!) about synonymous, an account created to round up the various issues with the OTW, some of which are feeding directly into the racist harassment problem that the End OTW Racism campaign is directed at. It's just collecting data so far, not doing anything with it yet, but it still seems pretty important.

There's also chestnut_pod's post, Be More Democratic, Be More Autocratic, OTW, that I've only scratched the surface of reading so far, but also seems to have a lot of important information. I fully expect to run into problems that are familiar from AnimeIowa.
