Against all probability, it appears that I may actually be sick. Headache, overheated feeling, queasiness, occasional faintness... Yup, sounds pretty sick to me. I just hope it's not the mumps, which I hear is going around. The school sent out a letter and everything.

Depression-like-thing is still there, hovering at the back of my mind. It's not actual depression until it reaches two weeks, yasee. Still going to attempt to finish homework-like stuff, but it's not making concentrating any easier. Note to self: forgetting to take meds for weeks at a time is not okay. You are to do your best to not let it happen again. Clear? Good.

And now, to force myself to eat something ¦D And/or find a thermometer. Either way.

Edit: Okay, which cruel fate, exactly, decreed that I wouldn't know how to read a mercury thermometer/I would be able to find no working thermometers in the house?

To read the thermometer, you put the silver end under your tongue for a while, take it out of your mouth, hold it up by the other end, and see where the line of silver ends. If there's more than one solid line of mercury, the thermometer is broken.
By the way, I did not mean to sound like a smart ass there.

Bah. Still can't tell with these things. Maybe they're just defective.
