soc_puppetFamily has also put me somewhat in charge of what we do this spring break (March 11-17 ish). First impulse is, "Hey, isn't A-Cen right around then?" Second impulse is, "I could go drop in on Candy!" Third impulse is, "Too bad Texas is probably too far. Unless I told Grandma I was interested. Then she'd probably drag me down there with gusto. Still don't know how the 'rents would react, tho." Fourth impulse would probably be Portland, if I actually knew anyone there myself.
...First and second thoughts are most likely, 'specially since I already mentioned the first to my parents as a possibility. Will still have to look into the actual dates for it, but it's a thought. Am sorely tempted by the second also, what with it being still vaguely in the state/surrounding state area. (Yes, Candy, I know you're in the state, but A-Cen is in Illinois, so.) The 'rents would probably be more receptive to things 'in our area'.
Still open to ideas, though, as I'm roughly deciding what we'll be doing.
Edit: Important thing I feel I should mention is that the reason I have so much leeway here is that Tomas will be going off and doing something with friends over that time period, so.
