soc_puppet | Various things

Just a heads up that I might not get onto the computer much - or at all - after this today. For one thing, I'm probably going to be trying to finish my costume as soon as possible. For another, I might have a party to attend tonight ^^a Maybe. If I feel like it and/or finish my costume on time. (On the one hand, the party sounds like fun. On the other hand, I'd be going with my Mom, which makes the theme of the party somewhat awkward ^^a Plus, I don't think that I'd be seeing many of my friends there, so. Decisions, decisions...)

If I had more time, I'd be writing about Adventures in Political Activisim (possibly with an extra 'accidental' attatched), but I'll probably have to save that for tomorrow.

Also, with October quickly coming to a close, and me very busy, I may actually be putting off my November fic project until December or January. *is undecided as yet* We'll see.

Now, to make this something like an actual entry, I'm currently wearing my hair Katara-style at school. This is partly to get the hang of putting it up, partly to see how long it will last in a semblance of day-to-day wear, and a teensy bit to ~~flaunt~~ wear something of it for the people who won't be in my classes tomorrow. And also a smidgen in hope that someone will recognize it and gush fangirlishly with me (or possibly even fanboyishly with me). So far it's holding up fairly well, though I may have to re-make the toothed half of the hair clip tonight. If I have time, of course.

Also, I need to make/get myself a 'costuming/dress-up' icon, so I can have something that fits better for posts like these. Hmmm... Maybe something with Ishida...

And that's all I have for now. Look for me tomorrow, I guess. Unless I don't actually go to the party, in which case, maybe look for me today.
