Somewhat belatedly...

soc_puppetCFUD! She has returned to us, yes she has ♥♥♥ Everyone who cares has probably already seen why, but in case you're still curious, it was suspended because one of our posts was killing the servers.
In other news, deconstruction of the remains of St. Patrick's parish began sometime late last night. RIP, little building. You were good to us. I found an old Pepsi Cola can under you. And that's about all I can say, 'cuz church = the people, actually. And we're still sticking together, as far as I know.
Failed to give blood yesterday ;_; My iron count was one percent low. The people at the center gave me all my one gallon stuff anyway, 'cuz they knew I'd be back, the sweethearts. Made another appointment for January 3rd. In the mean time, I'm going to be religiously taking my multivitamin. Anything anyone else can reccomend to up my iron count? 'Cuz yeah, I don't wanna use my one gallon stuff until I feel like I've earned it.
Last night, my dream suddenly warped into a very strange episode of Scrubs, taking place in what looked like the cafeteria but felt more like a fast food joint. I don't remember all the details, but the one that stuck with me was something to do with a gay a capella band with a name that seemed much more witty while I was still dreaming. Upon waking, it seemed far too similar to Rockapella, an established a capella group (much of whose music I recently got from Chris), to be all that original, but is still slightly clever if it is taken as a parody of their name. Anyway, do not let it be said that I cannot come up with terrible puns in my sleep.
Finally, does anyone have a paid SendSpace account I would be allowed to hijack for a little while? This 50 kb/s limit for free users is really killing me on PGSM downloads. I mean, it's probably unlikely, but I figured it couldn't hurt to ask.

Edit 2: I would also like to say that Fate Stay Night is evil, and really had me going for a happy ending instead of just an optomistic ending. But I guess that not everything can be like Fushigi Yuugithank God. And they were pretty good with consistent retroactive genderswitching, and fantastic with Arthurian sword mythos. So it's not going to stop me from reading the manga. I will, however, be resisting the urge to write Back From Avalon fic for it. Because that's slightly better than Reincarnation fic, really.
Edit 3: Blast DD: The PGSM SendSpace links are dead up to episode thirty. And I only managed to get through episode twenty-two. That is an eight-episode gap that I'm going to have to make up elsewhere. *sadness*

I've got a whole dreamscape that I tend to revisit; it includes a school that's something of a smooshed-togethr version of my Junior and Senior highs, and at least one fast food joint. I'm pretty sure my old neighborhood is in there, too.
Anyway, it was actually a pretty fun dream. I'm pretty sure there was much JD mocking involved, which is always a good thing :DD
