soc_puppet | Griping and plans

Good gravy, this is harder than I thought it would be o_O Caught myself talking to my brother about CFUD yesterday. I maintain that I cannot be blamed, as he kept going on about Magic: The Gathering, which I am thoroughly uninterested in, so I figured I'd give him a taste of his own medicine and all of that. Thankfully, I didn't go into much detail, and I don't think he cared/paid attention anyway, but. It is slightly disheartening to find myself in such a position. ~~I still totally don't count "retaliation against little brothers" as breaking the oath here, though.~~

Going to be leaving the lab early today to get together with my coach, and possibly to go look into job-type-stuff this afternoon. Need to be outta here by 3:15. Then I'll probably need to be home early (5:00) so I can put some fish in the oven, as I have been recruited to cook dinner tonight, busy schedule aside. See, I need to start early so it'll be done by 5:30, so I can then drive Tomas to his Magic thing on time tonight =_=a Thankfully I'll be able to sneak off to the library after that, but still.

Thinking about getting some sewing done tonight. I wanna at least either finish up that bag for Pat or fix my Katara costume. After that, I'll probably get on some T-shirt designing. That is, if I'm not too distracted by Shiny New Comics, which hopefully I won't be. If all that gets done, I might even look into plotting out a Tomoyo-hime costume, and thinking about what to do about bangs, 'cuz Tomoyo-hime kinda has those. *will probably either just BS them or not do 'em*

In other news, while Dirty Snow Season seems to finally be actually upon us, it's not likely to last that long, as it's supposed to get colder again this weekend. Whoop-de-doo. And also possibly more snow and even some ice. Which is less fun to shovel, really, and you can't even katamari it properly. *sigh* Oh, well. It'll get warm again sooner or later.
