And it would be an over-eager child who got into everything and Katara would have eyes in the back of her head and be able to pull it out of trouble at the last minute. It probably wouldn't talk much, though. At least, not yet. Very true. For the longfic, I figured I'd just pick it up about half a year after the war ended, at about the point in time when Zuko is forced to decide that he actually needs Jet around (though not yet for romantic reasons), and then stretching on for a number of years. (The shortfic version would just be Jet and Zuko disagreeing about something politics-wise, and then making up. In bed ♥♥♥ Which could potentially take place somewhere in the same world/timeline.) ...I would be very interested in hearing all about this :DDD
