Hi, all you people who are not me! Guess where I was yesterday, instead of surfing the 'net like a normal socially challenged person? 8D?
I was helping fill sandbags to combat the flood! Which is reaching near '93 levels of evil, especially outside my current residence. (We still have another foot or so to go, last I saw, but places upriver are not so lucky.) (Also, 500 year flood my fanny! It's only been fifteen years!)
Fellow fans agree that what we really need is huge, nation-wide bending teams of earthbenders and waterbenders to exchange water here for sand out west. Two birds, one stone!
In other news, I will be taking my CDL (school bus) test on Tuesday at 10:00 AM. I feel confident. Also, taking the long way around Gilbert street because the middle is flooded is a pain in the ass.

Date: 2008-06-13 03:03 am (UTC)Yes, earthbenders and waterbenders would be perfect. Not that Nickelodeon would share.
You're going to drive a school bus? Cool. Don't let the little bats get you down. And there will be some.

Yup :3 I'm sure there will be, though I can at least choose an age range (elementary, Jr High or Sr High), which'll control the size of 'em at least ;)
