Put these together today, and they turned out addictively delicious. I don't even want to think about how much batter I ate today.

Nutella Cupcakes Recipe

Adapted from this recipe, which itself is adapted from something else.

I got 18 cupcakes out of this recipe.

Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups All-puprose flour
1/4 cup cocoa powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons baking powder

5oz butter, softened
3/4 cup sugar
3 eggs
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup milk
1 cup Nutella

1) Pre-heat oven to 320 degress F

2) Sift the flour, cocoa powder, salt, and baking powder together.

3) Cream butter and sugar together

4) Blend in eggs one at a time

5) Blend in vanilla and milk

6) Blend in dry ingredients 1/3 at a time

7) Blend in Nutella

8) Pour into paper cups in cupcake/muffin tray so they're 3/4 full; if you have empty slots, fill those half- to two-thirds with water so your cupcakes bake evenly

9) Bake for 20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the middle of a cupcake comes out clean

They are delicious. A++ would bake again.
