Productivity?

Welp, I finished writing the (first?) mpreg abortion fic. It clocked in at just over 2k, which is... IDK, the other two are threatening to be much shorter, if I get around to them. I'm basically pleased with it; I think I did what I set out to do with it, at any rate. And now I really, really want to write the other two, but we'll have to see how it goes. I do have a title for the third one now, though.

I could also stand to have a beta reader look over it. I'm thinking mostly for characterization, but I could also use some input on whether this actually counts as h/c. And also for typos. My typing has seriously gone downhill over the past I'm-not-sure-how-long.

Surprisingly, no! It was just because I hardly ever see abortion even passingly mentioned in mpreg fics and felt like it needed to be addressed seriously in fic for once. Also possibly because Shakesville and feminism, because yeah. (Though I could seriously go for, like, tropesubversion_bingo or something, because that would be way awesome.)

I'll be posting a link here (at my journal) when it goes up, so you should get a chance to read it :)

I am all about trope subversion, and I kind of already do it (not to mention bending and twisting canon in other ways). But tropesubversion_bingo would be extra awesome.

I'll keep an eye out for the post. I'm interested in seeing how you address it. Especially after reading Liss's posts this week about reproductive choice (all aspects of it). :)

Honestly, the hypothetical third is going to have more to do with the recent posts than this one; this one is mostly about bad timing and not being sure yet, the third one is going to be straight-up "We don't actually want kids." But those posts are already super helpful in terms of plotting and so forth. (The second one is going to be "Kids would be nice, I just really really don't want to be pregnant myself." Which these posts are also helpful for, yay!)
