Starting point for Idea to Outline: Original Fiction Walkthrough:

Character A needs to find their True Love to break/subvert a curse, travels with Character B to find them.

(Spoiler alert, whether or not this was so at the start, Character A truly loves Character B by the end. Platonically? Romantically? Filially? In a QPR manner? Any of these will work to break the curse as long as A and B truly love one another!)

(I mean, NGL, I'm thinking romantic, but hell, I could also up and make it a group trip and Character A needs at least one of each Platonic, Romantic, and Filial True Loves, because Why the Hell Not.)

(Yes, this was inspired by a particular story in Ana Mardoll's No Man of Woman Born. You can probably guess which one, if you've read it.)

We are Not Discussing the hypothetical fanfic version, where Marinette accompanies a (disguised) Prince Adrien on precisely this quest as his bodyguard. Though I suppose this would make Alya Platonic, Nino Filial, and Marinette Romantic.

Whyever not? I'd figure Alya and Nino the other way around actually. Nora, Ella, and Etta seem like they'd adopt Adrien faster than Chris would.

Oh, several reasons. Partly because Busy (we're down two employees at the bakery, one to Other Opportunities, one on medical leave), partly because I don't need the fanfic version confusing me while I try to write the Origific outline, and partly because I am Very Shortly going to have a different fic I want to work on (spoiler: for Pod Together). Honestly I was thinking because Nino + Adrien = Bros 4 Lyfe, and the chance to solidify that relationship even further is quite appealing, but I'll admit that you're tempting me.
