Mostly pronouncing it, TBH. Trying to annunciate the k-s-th-s bit at the end clearly, and especially going from S to quiet-TH to S sounds, is just deeply frustrating to me.

I am willing to compromise and call them equally the worst in different ways, especially if you elaborate.
(Orchestra kid here grew up on sforzando; it's not English, but does also have the S-F sound right at the beginning, which is one reason why sphere is not quite that far up the list for me personally.)
Maybe sifs? Siths would be a good transitional phase between sixths and sifs, I think (with the totally accidental implication that it's an evil word, because Star Wars).
