Headcanon: Marinette makes cloth menstrual pads for herself and anyone she knows who asks for some. The most she usually charges people for is cost of materials, but to friends she often gives big stacks for free. One of her favorite things is finding a fabric pattern that her friends will smile at during that time of the month. Even friends who use other products often get some, if only because they're good for leaks.

(Surprisingly, this was not actually prompted by real life events.)

(Side note, pink camo would be about the best pattern for cloth pads.)
