Be the Serpent, A Podcast of Extremely Deep Literary Merit. (The title is a reference to Macbeth, and not, as I first assumed, biblical. Though that would have worked as well, IMO.)
I found out about this podcast because not one, but two of the contributors to Silk and Steel mention it as a project in their bios. I'm about twelve episodes deep now, and having a blast.
If you like discussing literary tropes, themes, worldbuilding, and all that fun stuff, definitely something to check out. I know not everyone here does audio, so I'm extra happy to report that transcripts are available for every episode! Each episode uses three examples as "tentpoles" for discussion, one of which is always a fanfic of some stripe, or at least published for free online, and usually available on AO3. They also end each episode by complimenting the listeners, which is really sweet—though I'm not sure I believed the one at the end of the Unreliable Narrators episode.
Anyway! I highly recommend giving it a shot, be it by reading or listening. Good stuff.
