So apparently I lied about not leaving the car for another week. On the plus side, there were literally no other humans at the location where Mom and I took Chester for a walk, so I'm counting it as neutral.
On the other hand, Dad went out grocery shopping. I am disinclined to make bread when there is plenty of bread in the house, but what does Dad do when we don't have plenty of bread in the house? Go out and buy some. "It's good to have pre-sliced bread!" he tells me, as if I can't pre-slice a loaf I make at home and stick it in one of our leftover bread bags.
Sigh. Even that wouldn't have been as much of a problem if it weren't for the still twenty pounds of bread flour sitting unused... Maybe I can haul it to work and use it up there (on my own time) when we reopen...
