soc_puppetFor today! I was baaaaad today 😔 I went out to Walgreens, CVS, and the grocery store in search of flushable wipes. I eventually found a decent amount them at the grocery store, as opposed to the pocket packs I found at Walgreens (and empty shelves at CVS), but I still feel bad for visiting three different places. I wore a mask the whole time and washed my hands before I left the house, and did as little direct contact as possible, and ALL the workers at both CVS and the grocery store had masks(!!!) (and possibly at Walgreens as well?), so that's something, but still. Stupid pandemic. Stupid pandemic paranoia and guilt.
I also bought a couple of things at both the drug stores, since I felt bad just going in and not getting anything. At Walgreens I got the aforementioned pocket packs, plus some toilet paper (I'm not running terribly low, but they had some, and I figured, why not) and 70% off Easter candy; at CVS I got a deer antler for Chester to chew on. And at the grocery store I got some sushi, because sushi, and also it was Buy 2, Get 1.
Mom and Dad went to Menard's, Orscheln, and the Dairy Queen drive-through. Dunno what the first two involved, aside from a dog toy for Chester at the second, but the third was strictly food related, I'm sure.
