soc_puppetSo today after church I kinda went overboard on doing chores. I also ended up picking a bunch of pokeberries to eventually make dye (or ink, possibly) out of, but I'm not going to talk about that right now.
Anyway, been doing chores for no better reason than 'because' for a while. Cleaned up some broken glass from a window Dad put his elbow through this morning ^^;, swept, loaded stuff in the van to be taken to second hand stores, went grocery shopping, whatever. I'm tired, but it's the good, satisfied kind of tired.
Found the DC story arc in which Saguru shows up scanned (actually, had been familiar with the site it had been scanned on for some time, but just hadn't read it ^^;) online ^_^, so I took the opportunity to take some art notes, like how to draw his hair and basic markings for Watson. It's only face-on, but it'll do. Haven't read much of it yet because I've been rather busy (see above), but hope to do so soon so I can get a better grasp of his character. Got a feel for him from MK scans, but it's always nice to have a refresher course.
Been finding bits and pieces of DC canon information the past couple of days, still looking for more because, well, not knowing all of it I still have stuff to learn. Brain currently wants to find out all it can about Makoto and the running gag about Heiji and Shin'ichi and them being a psuedo couple -_-. No, I'm not going to say any more about it; what I have is bad enough. (I am pro'lly gonna end up writing the plunny when I find the stuff out, because, frankly, my brain makes a good case for it ^.~)
While putting the vacuum away, the mop almost fell on me again, so I took the time to re-arrange the cleaning closet a bit. As I was putting it back, I happened to notice the mop had blue trim - -;... I really hope this has nothing to do with that white jacket we got at a garage sale this afternoon on the way back from church. It has one too many pockets and is a little translucent, but it's the right size and it shouldn't be too hard to make a pair of pants to go with it. Yeah, I know, cosplay obsession much? One day I'll write about the Bishounen and the Big Plans, and you'll see that _this_ is just the tip of the iceberg.
