A&C Update V

soc_puppetOkay, yeah, it's been way too long since I last worked on this -_-. Thing is, I've got an anime convention to go to on Friday, and I want to have the Kid plushie done by then, as well as an ample supply of hair ties.
Anyway, finally got to work on the hat and got one that turned well. Need to make it a band still ^^; but other than that it's really good looking. I'm willing to let it go as 'finished' with just the hat done and the monocle attached, but I'm really hoping to at least get his hair done before I go. I don't know entirely how I'm going to pull it off, but I've ad-libbed everything else so far so it shouldn't be _terrible_. Don't quite know what I'm going to do about his face; I'll either sew cloth eyes or try my hand at embroidery.
Also have a total of four hair ties finished. I'm willing to hand out two of them -_- (of the ones I'm not handing out, one is sub-par and I've been using the other myself). Anime Iowa may be a small convention compared to some others, but there's bound to be more than two other people there who would appreciate the hair ties, so I'm going to get to work on more. Probably tomorrow. (Bleh. It's *always* tomorrow >_<. I need more energy. Or more hours in a day.)
