And can we talk about the irony of a philosophy teacher encouraging his students to outsource their thinking? Like. What the fuck. You don't become a good philosopher by letting other people, or machines, think for you! Even if the machines were actually intelligent, instead of just predictive text writ large!
Anyway. Possible sub-goal this semester of toppling his idea that AI is actually intelligent or useful. Primary goal is still to pass the class.
