A few (slightly random) things...

ysabet, I have discovered the truth. You must actually be a minor cooking/writing diety taking refuge on earth because all the other gods and goddesses can't take a joke are boring. You also deserve a small shrine in my kitchen--not only where the food is, but the computer with internet access--with fairly regular offerings of... I don't know yet. Suggestions? (Which is to say, I tried the cashew-and-Hoi Sin sauce ramen and loved it to bits <3. I don't suppose you'd have a relatively easy chocolate recipe? Somewhere near the level of 'heat and pour'? Or even just tips? I'd be willing to bribe/trade you something for it.)

nekokenchan's birthday is tomorrow ^__^. She will be turning legal-to-buy-pr0n-gamble-and-cigarettes (which I turned in Nov.). I'm only saying that here to embarrass the living daylights out of her and to appologize for the fact that the fanservice pic I wanted to draw for her birthday will probably be a week or two late ^^;... Ah, well. I planned on posting art on Singles Awareness Valentine's Day anyway, and it should be done by then.

Had trouble getting to sleep last night. Gave up around midnight and went upstairs and read slash (of varying quality >_<) until about four hours later. Surprised I haven't gone into microsleep yet, actually. Also surprised how much energy I have. Still, was a bit... emotional today; sleep is probably good for keeping emotions under control, yah? Also felt dehydrated, which was _wierd_... Never thought to link dehydration with insomnia/lack of sleep; still kinda skeptical.

Will possibly be posting next parts of Communications in Friends view tomorrow. summercloud, I hope I won't be stepping on any toes, but the second of the two has already been beta'd and I feel a bit... impatient I guess. Still won't be posting to FF.net until it's been beta'd, though, and probably not on public view either.

Recently got a new piece of music for orchestra; it's inspired by(?) the Ascention part of Dante's Divine Comedy. Pat (nekokenchan) commented that, between this, large group speech, and a few other things, she will never escape from Dante. I tend to agree ^^;.
