ACen related plans
May. 9th, 2007 08:41 pmHeading out to ACen early tomorrow. (And by "early tomorrow" I mean "roughly 8:45 in the morning". Which, granted, is pretty early for me, but still.) Probably won't be back until Sunday night, and even then I won't have 'net access until Monday, so. Heads up for you!
I plan to take far too many pictures and spend far too much money on ALC goods ♥ I will also be spending time with fun CFUD people, yay! And maybe asking for apping tips, who knows. Though if I do, they'll be followed by a request for playing tips, since LOL, perpetual Audience :D;;;
Went out and got stuff to eat and drink this afternoon, and refilled my prescription of Prozac so I don't get all emo and stuff over the con from not taking it ♥ ...Not that I would, what with all the fun I'll be having. (IT WILL STILL NOT BE AS MUCH FUN WITHOUT AT LEAST HALF OF YOU, FRIENDS LIST ♥♥♥♥♥) Also vacuumed the house and mowed the front lawn in a last-minute attempt to earn more money for the con. MUST GET EVERYTHING ALC HAS EVER PRINTED +_+ Still have to give Mom a quick run-through on rat care, do last-minute costume/prop-making/adjustment (I can live with out wrist bands, and it's staying mirrored, but I am so not going without the water pouch, dammit!), and last-minute packing. Yay, last-minute things! I've got almost everything in order, I just need to nab one of the digital cameras, some clothing and hygiene essentials, and far too many batteries, since they're terrible and the camera eats 'em in about two pictures each x_X And then I have to make sure I shower and spend extra time cuddling my darlings, 'cuz I won't seem 'em for a few days DD: Note to self: pack the rattie photo album. Sadly, I think I've run out of time to make chocolate ticky-boxes, even if I had the white chocolate melts (plus red for tickies :DD) with which to make them. ...Also, I think the shapes might've been a bit of a hassle to organize. Tiny little white cubes...
Current plans involve meeting CFUD people at the big ugly statue at one o'clock Saturday afternoon. No other specific plans, but I'm hoping to maybe at least duck into the yuri panel ♥ And hopefully I'll run into some more people while I'm there ^_^ (I'll be dressed as Katara for the con (look for my Hallowe'en entry for photos) and will be wearing my iAudience shirt tomorrow; I'll be carrying an Orange(s) + 75 = Canada bag with me for the entirety (hopefully, and probably not in the dealer's room). On a completely different note, I just found a bit of pine tree ...casing thing in the end of my ponytail. It's probably been there since I mowed the lawn, and I just noticed it now =_= Fail, me.
