Okay, so the cage is cleaned, and Ford has been returned to the earth. I made a post on ![[livejournal.com profile]](https://www.dreamwidth.org/img/external/lj-community.gif)
ratties to find out when I should think about getting new rats, considering I'll be in Texas over (US) Thanksgiving week. Since Dad has firmly vetoed me either bringing Arthur with me or bringing new cagemates home, it'll have to be after I get back to Iowa. Joy :/
I know all this. I've rationalized it, and accepted that there is a 99.8% chance that I will not be able to argue around Dad. I know it, and yet it still feels awkward to have just one rat in the house. Really awkward. *sigh* I guess there's still nothing to do but wait. At least I'll be able to bring them home on time for my birthday...
Also, what does it say about me that I already have names picked out for my next two rats? Inquiring mind would like to know.
In other news, an app may or may not be bubbling in my brainpan. It is not a counselor app, nor is it an app that would be ready for the next round, but after that... Well, it just depends on how soon I get to the bus driving place, I guess. And how soon after that I might be paid. Need money kthx.
And that's all there is to report for now. Except NEW AVATAR EPISODE COMING UP! (Yes, I'm aware that Britain is showing episodes six through ten this week. Yes, I have all of those available either downloaded or downloading. No, I'm not going to watch them on the computer until after I've seen their US airing. Because I like it better that way.)
Other than that, basically nothing. Uh. I like cheese?
