A quick heads up to Avatar fans
Apr. 9th, 2008 08:16 pmFor those of you unaware (like me, prior to Detour, and still doubtful until checking Amazon.com just a minute ago), the next Avatar DVD is slated to come out May 6th of this year. Cover art can be seen here. A larger version can be seen when you click on the cover. Or you can click here, where I've uploaded it to photobucket. (Also, just glancing around Amazon, what the hell is this?)
Anyhow, back on topic. Given the five-episodes-per-DVD pattern, this would suggest that the next four episodes at least will be aired by then. (This is, of course, assuming that episode 3x12 was not, in fact, aired on Friday while I was at the con and not watching it - which I am doubting, given the lack of talk about it everywhere on my f'list, but could also be because everyone has already seen the @#%#$% thing via the Canadian showing.) ...Should the episodes not have aired by then, due to some error on Nickelodeon's judgment, and, due to some yet greater error in judgment, they do indeed release the DVD, I uh. K-kinda may volunteer my services as a Bad Capitalist. Should need arise. Y-yeah.
