Vay! Cay! Shun!

I'm heading off to the Mall of America tomorrow! Whoo, yeah! Family vacation! Hopefully if I look cute enough Mom and/or Dad will be willing to spend money on me. I USED MY EXTRA UP LAST WEEKEND, I WAS STUPID AND I REGRET IT, I will do better in the futuuuuure DD: Also, I totally didn't know that Detour was on the fourth of April this year. I thought it was more towards the middle. More fail me for spending that money, especially with Spring Break being this month D: A-at least I left Half Price on Monday with more money than when I'd arrived?

Currently working on Koizilla costume. Am hoping to finish on time for Detour. Still working with muslin at the moment, because fleece is expensive *_* So lucky it was on discount last weekend. I don't actually have an Admiral Zhao action figure for the costume, so I'm making due with Zuko, on the basis that the Ember Island Players edition wasn't really too accurate in the first place. And really, what difference does it make if I'm shoving the action figure's head down the Koizilla costume's maw for pictures, I ask you? Not a lot, that's what!

Anyhow, I still need to pack (and actually hang some laundry first) and pick out at least one audio book for the trip and stuff. Which, any suggestions out there? Hopefully something that would take five hours or less. Free would be nice, too, but I still haven't actually spent those iTunes gift certificate dollars yet, so...

Hmmm... Maybe I should take too many extra books with me to sell at a Half Price and get spending money for the trip (etc)... *ponder ponder*
