God damn, I slept so well last night! That is quite possibly the best motivation I could have gotten to exercise more. "Body will sleep better if it is worn out? Yes, please!" I'll have to see how it affects my waking energy levels going forward, but at minimum I can see incorporating Daily Adventure Incense on three of my typical four days off, at least (with one true rest day).
Seriously though, for my ADHD brain, having a positive effect that is both immediately and measurably noticeable is probably going to make more of a difference than a million and one "Oh, it'll be better for your health in the long term!" messages ever have. This obviously can't work for everyone, but having the possibility of it working for me... I'm pretty jazzed about it.
