Meme + request-like-thing

Do I feel guilty for partaking of so many fic memes without giving anything in return, or am I just that bored? The world may never know!

(...yeah, okay, it's probably a combination of the two. *is downloading-then-uploading manga at the moment*)

Anyway, saw this one floating around, thought it was interesting, decided to give it a shot.

Give me one of my own stories, and a timestamp sometime in the future after the end of the story, or sometime in the past before the story started, and I'll write you at least a hundred words of what happened then, whether it's five minutes before the story started or ten years in the future.

Fics are here. Timestamp can also be for sometime during the story for characters who are involved but not shown, or for events that were glossed over. And yes, any rating.


Also, question/request: Gimme a boy's name that you could see a girl ending up with for some reason. One that's not neccessarily because it can be a boy's name or a girl's name (Ashley, Kelsey, Mackenzie, etc) or has gender-neutral nicknames (Chris, Alex, etc). Though male spelling of names-that-go-either-way are also acceptable.

Yes. They is annoyink >: Hmmm.... Ohshit, that would just be sexy as all hell. It means that Punk!Girl ends up being sliiiightly more stereotypical (I'll figure out some way to fix it), but bass player = A++. (Also, the character is going to have this huge chip on her shoulder about looking kinda boyish when she's going to coed schools and stuff, so she's all delighted when the boys at the all-boys school think she's girly-lookin' :DDD) Being ten can excuse just about anything. *was still never creative enough to actually create a Mary-Sue*

Okay, so. One day. In the future sometime hopefully soon-ish. I will be writing a story/comic/whatever. It'll be one of those stories where the girl goes to the all-boy's school for one reason or another, and dresses like a boy to get in and stuff? And then falls in lurve~♥ with some guy there? Only the guy she falls in love with? Is actually also a girl in drag ¦D And, uh, there's the other two band members there with her, and they're also girls in drag, and one of them will be Chase :DD (She will be awesome ♥♥♥ And I still need to think about punk!girl, but I think she won't care much and will end up spending a lot of time in her room, working on the music and stuff.) And yeah. SOMEDAY.

Something like that, I'm sure ;) *I had lots of original characters, but they never fell in love with anyone ^^; I even tried to do otherwise sometimes, and it was a struggle.*

.....That's awesome. XD I love the "falls in love with other girl in drag" twist. (I can't wait. :DDD As for punk!girl... any ideas yet? I could try to think up another name if you want me to.) SOMEDAY SOON? D:

I've been wanting to do that for a while :D Mostly 'cuz I kinda seekritly ship Haruhi and Renge sometimes, but also 'cuz I'm a big yuri fan and I didn't think it had been done before. (Me, neither ^___^ No name ideas quite yet, no. Unless I call her Max or something. I think her girl name might be something really frilly, though :3) HOPEFULLY. As in, HOPEFULLY I WILL BE ABLE TO SQASH IT INTO 15-20 PAGES FOR THE TOKYOPOP RSOM CONTEST, AND THEN EXPAND AND SERIALIZE IT, but also if I don't win I'll probably try for that :)

*XD Never happened that way for me. Which is why I say I wasn't creative enough to Mary-Sue.*

(Like old-fashioned girly-sounding name. Possibly even a double-name. Though not actually Mary-Sue, as that would hurt me inside. And the band will have two names - legal/official names for when they're girls, and false names for when they're posing as boys. The main character, however, will have been named after her grandfather (or something), and that's how she gets into the school in the first place :3) THANK YOU, I WILL TRY MY HARDEST!

I FORGOT TO MENTION. Love interest = lead singer of band. Which might help things make more sense. And they're posing as guys (I'm pretty sure) because the agency that scouted them thought that they had talent, but that they couldn't make it as a girl band. "It had been done before" or something. Anyway. Boy band = girls in drag.

I figured. XD Interesting reason. Would this be in any way based off of the Sailor Starlights? (Never saw that season, just heard something about transexuality?)

Not consciously, no. I just needed more of a gimmick for the love interest, and also a few more female characters in drag, so. Though it might be subconsciously inspired by it. A bigger source of inspiration would probably be Terry Pratchett's Monsterous Regiment, though I didn't realize that until recently ^^a (The Star Lights were actually male when un-transformed, and actually female when transformed. It was weird. On the other hand, I only read the comic, so it could be different in the anime?)
