Jun. 4th, 2007 07:50 pmReally quick post because my entire reason for being in front of a computer tonight is to get started on those confirmation e-mails, really, I swear. Also, I'm far too lazy to lock this.
Canada is Really Big by the Arrogant Worms. ...Well, it is.
Deformed Farm by the Whiskey Bards. As in, "Old MacDonald had a..." Bizarre song.I will not make a Fruits Basket AMV with it, I will not make a Fruits Basket AMV with it, I will not make a Fruits Basket AMV with it... Or "I Am Cow" for that matter...
French language quizzing program - Used to be offered with my French textbook - Entre Amis - but they stopped doing it. Now they've got language quizzes up on the site instead. My teacher doesn't approve, and let me take home a copy :Db Good for quizzing vocab and grammar and endings and stuff. (Unzip the file, double click on "Start.exe". For Windows.)
Slime Forest Adventure - Not actually something I uploaded myself, but still worth a look-see. It's an old-style (mostly 8-bit) RPG that teaches you Japanese through fighting slimes :Db It'll cycle you through the kana first, and then move onto kanji, and it's fantastic for drilling. Be warned, it does include a couple of 'irrelevant'/no longer used kana - 'wi' and 'we' respectively - but that's about the only problem I can think of with it. Very fun game. Beat the slimes, save the princess! ...Also, best NPCs ever. Trust me.
And now, I leave you and go back to doing what I should've been doing in the first place - sending confirmation e-mails!
