Drive-by update only, because alsdfkjwelkrje there is stuff that I can actually DO at CFUD right now.

* Ratatouille? Favorite Pixar movie ever, hands down. I now want to write Revolving Door Comedy fic for it I just need a character list first, aheheh ^^a.
* Anime Iowa - Moving ahead at full steam :3b Registration apparently has the confidence of the rest of the staff, despite being total n00bs to the whole thing and there being less than two months until convention time? Yeah, I don't know how it happened either.
* WILL BE KAYAKING TOMORROW. Don't know when/if I'll have 'net access, and the cat in me is really starting to loathe water. On the other hand, I may actually be able to get a decent burn tan for my Katara costume, so. I guess we'll see how it goes.
* Jeva? Mom and Dad are not liking the idea of me going to Chicago on my own :< They are suggesting things like I find a place to stay for the night, or that we meet halfway between the respective cities of Chicago and My Home Town, or that I take public transportation, or go with a friend/Mom, or any combination of the above. Just. So you know.

And I think that's everything? So I'm off to play now, I guess. Also, it's surprising how easy it is to RP with a limit of fifteen icons o_O

We'll know for sure when I'll be moving once we get all the prettiful contracts and stuff. From there...it'll probably be all over my LJ as details progress :3 Maybe there'll be time between the move and the start of the teaching to do the hanging out? :D

HOPEFULLY it will at least start by the second weekend in August, 'cuz that's when AI is. Crossing my fingers? You betcha!

Trouble about AI is the money. I really don't think I can afford it this year, all things considered. If I'm careful, I can probably afford to go next year? *hopehopehope*

DD: If you register before the end of the month it'll only be $35.00? And you won't have to pay for a hotel room since my parents know you and are cool with you staying over and stuff though I suppose gas money is getting to be a bit of a bitch these days. And I'd be willing to provide healthy food, and anything else you can get from the ConSuite, and a friend of mine can do transport from my house to the con site, and and and... I'll stop whoring now, really. As for next year, IT'S ONLY $30.00 AFTER THE LAST DAY OF THE CONVENTION AND ONLY $25.00 FOR STAFF MEMBERS (jooooiiiin uuuusssss, you'll be cloooose enooouuugh theeeeeen~) AND IF YOU SIGN UP FOR THE NEXT ONE ON THE LAST DAY. I suppose I'll live if you can't come. Somehow. Really. *still kinda tearing up Candy never gets to do fun things with me very long DDD:*

If we only go to the Dealer's room together, I can police you? (msbbt is also invited, BTW; I'm sure she could help!) (Also, if you want to get stuff, volunteering is a good way to do that and get it for free.) We could confiscate check books and credit/debit cards whenever you're in there, and you'd be limited to whatever cash you brought with you or something. *really really really really wants you to go DD:*

Hmmm... *fidgetfidget* So if I register now, it'll be thirty-five dollah? (I'm trying to go to the website, but it's not working T_T) I'm probably going to sound like a tightwad, but my main concern will be money, all things considered...

Yes, only thirty-five dollah. As opposed to the fifty dollah it would be if you were to register at the con itself. And my dad is so cheaper than you are, so no worries on that account ♥ Also, the website has been up and down recently :/ Apparently they thought our purchase expired 6/15/07 instead of 6/15/08 which it really is? I can try and get a form to you anyway, though ♥

The con will be August 10-12, I believe. Second weekend in August, at any rate. Pre-Reg badge pickup will be open in the afternoon the Thursday before probably. Do come visit us DD: I'm on registration staff, so I can't do as much as I could if I wasn't, but I can still hang out and stuff!
