It is possible to make a half portion of Lemon Chicken and Orzo rather than making a full portion but with less meat and eating the entire thing in one sitting, no matter how delicious it is. (This might be contributing to your indigestion...)

(I am a pasta fiend. I consistently eat more pasta than people expect, though I only occasionally make myself sick, haha)

I tricked my body into overriding my "I feel too full to finish this" signals, and overpowered my "There is no room for this, so I will expel it the way it came in" reaction, leaving "Fuck it, we're going to have to dump whatever else is in the system to make room" as the only remaining option. Because I've also thoroughly ruled out "Whoops, I didn't cook this to the proper internal temperature, FML" as a cause, and human bodies do weirder nonsense on the regular.)

I've only recently sort of stabilized that, mostly by having more small meals and snacky foods available throughout the day, but part of it was definitely hormonal changes as I aged and transitioned. Good luck to you in finding your own solution.
