Argh, how is it already the 22nd, argh argh argh /)_(\

I'm currently poring over the various Etsy rules and regulations (finally). I'd forgotten how dry legalese tends to read - and this is even some of the better stuff! I managed to get through the original Terms Of Use by printing it out and highlighting particularly relevant bits as I went, but there's rather a lot more to read than I originally anticipated, sigh.

Anyway, getting an Etsy store set up is another thing I want to have done by the end of the month, if only because my mom wants to get me business cards for my birthday (♥♥♥).

I've also got a good $50 in Staples Rewards Bucks that run out at the end of the month; I'm currently torn between getting an e-reader while they're on sale, and seeing if Staples has a Bamboo Tablet in. On the one hand, e-reader! I can download and read fanfics! (It looks like Nook has a better battery life (and a funnier name), but Kindle could potentially read the books/fics to me while I crochet. Nook has no ads, but I could hypothetically get the price of a Kindle knocked down by accepting extra ads. Decisions, decisions...) On the other hand, hand drawings that I don't have to scan to upload to the web! I wouldn't have to worry about my scanner being defunct any more, or rely on inferior mouse drawings! So many choices. [/privileged whining]

For financial reasons, I may not be donating this to OWS after all :( If I get hours at the flower shop by the end of the month I might still be able to, but right now there's no guarantee. I could end up selling it instead.

On the plus side, learning the ins and outs of Etsy could potentially benefit me at the flower shop, if my boss still wants to sell things online and hasn't looked into it herself yet. Fingers crossed for possibly more hours there!

Bluh. Remind me to get amigurumi pics up again soon; I've got some nice ones lined up.
