Blah blah CFUD blah blah

Happy Audience Appreciation Weekend, all you fellow CFUD people ♥♥♥ I am currently a very content fangirl, on account of getting pretty much my dream(s) come true in ficcage form thus far. I am also being far too amused by some other requests and responses, but I'll save linking my favorites for later. I'll be keeping an eye on the post as best I can this weekend (which isn't actually all that good, since I've got Quire tonight, and Anime Iowa meeting + hangout with friends maybe and/or going to Tristan's concert tomorrow, but should at least have some Sunday in). I'm also currently downloading Romeo x Juliet, in a mad attempt to get the series before the lab closes today, as Kirkwood is now on a summer schedule and a) closes at 8:00 pm Mon-Thurs (still 5:00 on Fri) and b) is not open on Saturday. ...Not that I'd be able to go this Saturday, but whatever.

...On a semi-related CFUD note, I seem to have actually managed to write up the sample entry part of an app, but it is so not going in today. For one thing, I'm pretty sure the window doesn't open until an hour after the lab closes and I have to be home. For another, it needs some beta-reading, I'm sure of it, and doesn't even have a canon section yet. I'm feeling semi-okay about it otherwise, though, because it's 337 words and I might be able to fit more in. No scrabbling for content! I actually had a couple of jokes lined up (lame though they may be)! ...Also, since there are substantially more CFUD players on my f'list since the last time I attempted to app, I ain't sayin' who it is. Any attempts to guess it will be taken as offers to beta. With any luck at all, this will be the app I get the hang of this "applying" thing with, but I don't call myself Lady Not-Holding-Her-Breath-Here for nothing.
