Quick state-of-the-Socchan update

Hello yes, this is just a post to say that I am doing well! Pretty sure that my digestive troubles the other day were just stress/lack of rest, and I've gotten things under somewhat better control now. What worried me is mostly that it'd been ages since I had digestive trouble in the morning after I got to work. I used to have it on the regular, narrowed down the cause to not enough sleep, and somehow managed to make myself fix that 😂

As for the media stuff, if I decide to watch another long-ish show with my parents in the future, I'll probably ask to either only watch on days when I don't have work, or to only do one episode (if the episodes are half an hour) on my work days. I'll also ask to properly schedule the episode watching, so I'm not waiting around anxiously upstairs for there to be a good time, or pulled out of, say, making myself dinner to go watch something in the living room. That should fix most of the show-watching related problems.
