Well... it's more like... that's what you do when you're essentially a part-time secretary? Grad school seems to be a breeding ground for those sorts of anti-aesthetic practices. I miss having standing cafes with actual coffee! AGH!
N-no problem~ You totally explained it fine IMO ^^; but then again I don't get on peoples cases about being ~*super authentic*~ unless THEY make a big deal out of it (and you wouldn't believe how many hipsters think making home-made humus is totally a snap and their recipe is soooo delishhhh, agh!) because really it just matters what works or not. Still, it's bothersome when people don't delineate the countries at all talking about the cuisine.
