A terrible joke I made on Easter

Me: So, according to my late Grandma, if it rains on Easter Sunday, it's supposed to rain on the next seven Sundays. With the way the weather's been lately, I just hope it doesn't snow!

*Easter Sunday rolls around*

Me: Phew!
Me: Although, considering the date, I wonder if it would've taken anyway?

*Yesterday*

Distant coworker: [Socchan], what are you still doing here? Are you the only one here?
Me: Yeah, it's just me; it usually is on Sundays. I've got this huge banquet, but I'm hoping I'll be finished soon!
Coworker: Oh yeah, you've got that long drive home, too, haven't you? It's snowing outside :/
Me: Dammit.
